Is there really a free plan?
Yes. The Lydia plan is permanently free for churches up to 40 members. No credit card required. No time limit. No "trial" — just free.
What happens when my church grows past the member limit?
We'll notify you before you hit your limit and make it easy to upgrade. Your data is never deleted because you grew — that would be backwards.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No contracts, no cancellation fees. Monthly plans end at the next billing date. Annual plans receive a prorated refund for unused months.
Do you offer discounts for smaller or struggling churches?
Yes. Email support@churchstacks.com with your situation. We have never turned away a church over money and we don't intend to start.
What's included in the Apollos church website?

What is an "AI call"?
Each time you use an AI feature — Sermon Assistant, engagement scoring, giving forecast, prayer AI, etc. — it counts as one AI call. 100/month is plenty for regular use on the Barnabas plan.
