Cancellation & Refund Policy

Monthly subscriptions

30-day money-back guarantee: If you are not satisfied within the first 30 days of a paid plan, contact us at support@churchstacks.com for a full refund. No questions asked.

Cancellation: Cancel anytime from Settings → Billing. Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged again.

After cancellation: Your account is downgraded to the free Lydia plan. Your data is retained for 30 days so you can export it. After 30 days, all data is permanently deleted.

Annual subscriptions

30-day money-back guarantee: Full refund within the first 30 days, no questions asked.

After 30 days: If you cancel an annual plan after the 30-day window, we will issue a prorated refund for the unused months remaining in your year.

Example: If you cancel after 4 months on an annual plan, you will receive a refund for the remaining 8 months.

Church Website packages

Before work begins: Full refund if you cancel before our team starts your build.

During build: 50% refund if you cancel after work has begun but before delivery.

After delivery: No refund once the website has been delivered and approved. We will work with you to resolve any issues during the included revision rounds.

How to cancel or request a refund

Self-service: Cancel anytime from Settings → Billing → Cancel subscription.

Response time: We respond within 1 business day. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Data after cancellation

Before cancelling, export all your data from Settings → Export Data. You will receive a full export of members, giving records, events, messages, and all other content in CSV and JSON format.

After account closure, all data is permanently deleted within 30 days. This deletion is irreversible.
